The lights
What lights do you use?
Govee permanent lights. They sit on a slim track, white or black, and you run them from an app on your phone.
What is permanent lighting?
Lights that stay on your house all year, on a track that comes in white or black. You control them from a phone app over WiFi.
How do I control the lights?
From an app on your phone, over WiFi. Warm white, colours and patterns are all in the app, so you change the look whenever you like.
Can it change colours for each season?
Yes. The app has colours, patterns and themes for every season, so the same lights can look different all year.
Do I have to take them down?
No. They stay on the house all year, so there’s no takedown and nothing to store.
Timing and quotes
When do you install permanent lighting?
Spring through fall, not during the holiday season. Bookings pause from October 20 to January 15 and reopen January 16; text any time to join the list.
How do I get a quote?
Text us: it’s the fastest way to reach Pratt. Tap “Text for a quote”, add your address (or your business name and address) to the message that opens, and send it. Rather talk? Call 361‑522‑5552.
How much does it cost?
Every quote is priced for the property, so there’s no price list. The quote is free.
Who do I pay?
All payments are made to Right Hand Man LLC.
Homes and businesses
Do you install permanent lighting on businesses?
Yes, for storefronts and properties you manage, as well as homes, across Central Texas. Text the business name and address for a quote.
Do I need my HOA’s approval for permanent lights?
Check your HOA’s rules and any city rules before you book, and get approval in writing if you need it. Each HOA is different. Our city pages for San Antonio, Austin, Boerne and the others link to the local rules we found.
Where do you work?
